At Violet's Quantum Healings, some of our healings are hands-on. However, we want to reassure you that respect is of the utmost importance to us in providing you with a safe and secure environment during your session.
During every session, we aim to provide you with the utmost comfort and relaxation, whether lying on a healing plinth, or a massage table, with a pillow and a blanket to ensure your comfort throughout the session, or sitting in a comfortable chair. We recommend wearing comfortable, non-restrictive clothing to enhance your experience.
It's important to understand that each session at Violet's Quantum Healings is a unique journey, tailored to your needs. Please do not expect to have the same experience or feel the same as anyone you know or read about who had a session in any of our modalities before you. We all have our own unique afflictions to deal with, which is why we all heal in our own way. Some clients may need more sessions than others, depending on the extent of their trauma and how deeply they may have buried it.
That's why we encourage you to bring an open mind and heart. Leave your expectations or desired outcomes at the door. This mindset allows you to fully engage in the healing process, making the session more effective for your unique needs. Remember, healing is a personal journey that can't be rushed, forced, or faked. Your mindset is a powerful tool in your healing process.

What you may feel after having any of our sessions:
As with all sessions, any healing that occurs can have an affect on your mind, body, and/or emotions, and can last for an undetermined length of time, depending on the root cause, and how ready you are to release it. During this time you may feel energized, light, focused, tired, unsettled, angry, emotional, or somehow have a sense of being in transition. Thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations may continue to surface as your body adjusts to its new energetic patterns. All of these experiences are a good sign that the healing process has begun. Don't resist, or try to bury any of these symptoms, as they are trying to show you what needs to be healed or worked on. Keeping a journal of thoughts that keep coming up, allows you to reflect later on how they are connected to your current situation. Be sure to rest, drink extra water, and be kind to yourself, especially over the next 48 hours. Listen to what your body is telling you, and take time to reflect on any experiences or insights that may arise.
